Hey Steve: How can a buyer prevent the disclosure of the sales price in Texas? I know there are ways to do it in California. For example, don't put the documentary transfer tax on the deed.

Steve, All of these condos in your area are so beautiful and unique.  I looked at the penthouse of this one and could only imagine what it must look like!

Hi Elizabeth... Texas is a non-disclosure state.  All we have to do write it in to Special Provisions on our promulgated contract.

Hi Carole... Dallas has quite a vibrant and diverse condo market!  I'm glad you are enjoying these!

Elizabeth:  I believe that all the Texas deeds have on them as far as pricing is "Ten Dollars and other considerations."  The only place the sales price is published is on the MLS "Sold" comps.

Carole:  The penthouse suite is just absolutely gorgeous... but for me to sell it, I'd have to put three or fours of my buyers together... perhaps more... and try and sell it on a time-share basis... LOL.

Steve:  The more things that Dallas has going on for it in the downtown area... the hotter the Dallas condo market will become.  So much is going on down there... and it's so great to see !

Hi Karen Anne... I couldn't agree more!  The new downtown Arts District should be a great start in heating up the Dallas Condo market!
