Dallasism.com: Real Estate & All Things Dallas: Don't know why, there's no sun up in the sky. Stormy Weather.

Don't know why, there's no sun up in the sky. Stormy Weather.

Sometimes the end result is not what you expect.  This photo was taken from my balcony overlooking Turtle Creek (with The Claridge in the background) at around 12:30 this afternoon.  There was no accumulation on the ground and by 4:30 it was actually sunny and the surface of the streets was dry!  But it was sure pretty to watch the snow falling while it lasted!

Great photo.  I hope everyone stays safe with the bad weather being predicted for tonight and tomorrow throughout the south.

WOW...that looks like a blizzard, I actually enjoy the rare episodes of snow and ice. I am sure y'all do the same as us in Austin and just stay home ;-)

We finally got some snow this week.  Makes for some great photo ops.  I just wish people would learn how to drive in the snow.

Steve--What a great view of no view!  Like the others have said, I would think this is rare in your area. We had 4 more inches here in Indianapolis today!

It has been cold and rainy in San Antonio and except for showing a couple of rentals this week we have stayed home all warm and cozy.  Keep warm.
